Jersey

Jersey is in effect an "overseas" camp but within the British Isles. We stay at the Jersey Squadron Headquarters and undertake a varied programme that has included: -

Coastal path walking
Canoeing
Climbing
Abseiling
Mountain Biking
Swimming, both indoors and in the warm sea
Educational visits to local attractions

The camp has traditionally taken place in August and plans are now being made for 2006. Invitations for Squadrons to bid for places are sent out early in the New Year.

The group is limited to 18 cadets, and 6 staff. All the cadets are to be 16 by the date of departure.
